GOOGLE FORM FOR PAID MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION OF CWITIAN
Alumni (Passout Student) of CWIT desirers to join CWITIAN i. e. Alumni Association of CWIT as member by paying applicable Membership Fees are requested to use the Google Form attached to the following link.
Note: If you joins CWITIAN as member by using this link and paying the applicable membership fees then please mail us on the id – cwitianpune@rediffmail.com your name, contact number and payment details (Amount, Date, Mode of Payment and Transaction ID).

Those who do not want to opt for membership through Google Form can downloads CWITIAN membership form using the immediate below link for PDF Document of membership form, take it’s printout fill it and send it to us either in hard-form by post or in soft-form by Mail on – cwitianpune@rediffmail.com. along with payment details.
